About us at Grady and Grant
We are a friendly boutique talent agency representing a small number of hand-selected, natural performers. We strive to find the most talented individuals, young and old, for roles in theatre, tv, film, commercials and voice-over. We take a collaborative approach to representing our clients and aim to work in partnership with them, supporting them with their specific interests and goals.
Our clients’ welfare and happiness, are our top priority. If you think we may be a good fit for you or your child, please do get in touch. We keep our books small to enable us to offer every client a quality service so, unfortunately, can only offer representation to a limited number of clients, but we always love to hear from new talent.
Grady and Grant is primarily run by Cara Grant. Cara has a wealth of experience within the entertainment industry. Coming from a family of performers, Cara has extensive knowledge of the business and has been co-managing the careers of young actors for the last eight years. She also has a lengthy and successful background in talent acquisition and relishes the buzz of finding and introducing new talent.
Cara works with professionalism, transparency and kindness and these values are embedded throughout the agency.
